How to use Zip
On the event page, select the quantity of tickets you want to purchase from the drop down. Once you have selected all the tickets you need, click 'BUY TICKETS'. Under 'PAYMENT METHOD' select Zip.
Under 'PAYMENT METHOD' select Zip.Sign Up or Login to process payment using Zip. Once the payment is processed you'll receive a booking confirmation and your tickets.

What information do you need to have to complete an application?
Australia- As part of the Zip application, documentation including an ID (Driver s License or Medicare card) and a copy of the most recent 3 months worth of bank statements need to be provided. This is to enable Zip to conduct mandatory identification checks. We also run a credit check as part of the application.
New Zealand- As part of the Zip application, documentation including an ID (NZ driver s license) needs to be provided. This is to enable Zip to conduct mandatory identification checks. If you do not have a NZ driver's license, our team will need to verify you manually. You should select 'I don't have a NZ Driver Licence during signup and follow the prompts to upload your documents.
What are the monthly account fees?
Australia- A monthly fee of $9.95 applies for Zip Pay and Zip Money when you have a balance owing. With Zip Pay, the fee is waived if you pay your statement closing balance in full by the end of the month.
New Zealand- We won't charge any fees or interest if you pay on time, but if you do miss a scheduled payment an $8 default fee is added to your account and your spending will be paused until any overdue payments have been made. A further $10 is applied for every week the payment is unpaid.
What if your available funds aren't enough for the order?
Australia- You can simply pay the difference between the purchase at checkout. This uses the repayment method linked to your Zip account to make a payment to your Zip account boosting your available funds to process the order.
New Zealand- You can simply pay the difference between the purchase price and your available Zip credit at checkout then pay the remaining balance over 3 fortnightly installments. This is charged at the time of booking and uses the repayment method already linked to your Zip account.
